Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order subtotal at checkout.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery After processing, estimated delivery is 10–20 business days depending on your location, carrier, and supplier fulfillment timelines. These are estimates only — we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking Tracking information will be provided when available from the carrier. Not all shipments include real-time tracking at every stage.

Separate Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping Address You are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable Outbound shipping fees cover the cost of processing, packaging, and carrier fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, the original shipping charge is non-refundable, regardless of whether the order is later returned.
